The conference will focus on the main themes of food preservation, food engineering, food biotechnology, while the sub themes are :

In addition, dedicated sessions, presentations will be presented by participants from Industries.

The competitive session entitled “Problems and possible solutions on food preservation and processing in North-East states of India” will be a group or individual oral presentation for 10 minutes. The competitors need to mention it during filling the form.
